When Will I Get My Sample Kits?
Download links are delivered instantly after your payment is received to
the email address you used for payment. If you do not see it in your
inbox, it may have accidentally been sent to your spam folder. If it is
not in your inbox or spam folder, contact us and we will resend the link.
How Do I Open My Download?
Because of the size and the number of samples in the kits, they have
been compressed into zip and rar files. You can open these files using a
small shareware program. Here is a link to the Windows Version: Winrar For Mac Users: UnrarX or Zipeg. After downloading one of the programs, install it and then double click on the Sample Kit to open it up.
Then you can drag and drop the Sample folder(s) onto your desktop or anywhere you would like to save it.

Some of our files are really large and may be incomplete if you are
downloading from a slow internet connection or are browsing, watching
videos, or downloading other items at the same time. If this is the
case, please re-download your Sample Kit again without doing any of
these things until the download is completed.
